First American is looking for an Associate Commercial Title Examiner to join our team. In this entry-level, remote position, you’ll search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced team members on routine projects with shorter production times.
What You'll Do
- Perform title examination and examine the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise.
- Prepare initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines.
- May abstract records for residential properties.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience in title or a related real estate field.
Technical Stack
- Proficient Microsoft Office skill set.
Team & Environment
You will work under the guidance of experienced team members, taking on typically routine projects.
