About the Role

Brown & Brown, Inc. is hiring a Vice President, MSP Compliance and Settlement Consulting to ensure expert application of Medicare Secondary Payer statutes and lead compliance product development. This role tracks industry trends and is responsible for creating MSP-related materials and instructional design.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the consulting team’s goals, objectives, and policies for appropriate service areas.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train the Settlement Consultant Team, conducting internal monthly meetings and one-on-ones.
  • Consult with customers in phone conferences and mediation hearings, participating in case resolution.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams on product-related training and marketing calls.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and customer meetings.
  • Develop MSP and Section 111 marketing content, blogs, podcasts, and training modules.
  • Oversee auditing of Section 111 customer systems.
  • Communicate technical and industry updates to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Juris Doctorate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Workers’ Compensation or Liability cases.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in workers' compensation or MSP compliance.
  • Ability to work additional hours or a flexible schedule based on occasional increased work demands.

Team & Environment

You will provide leadership in MSP compliance product development and instructional design, collaborating with other departments to ensure MSP compliance is incorporated into workflows.
