The Associate Director Contracting Market Access & Account Management will report to the Director of Contracting Management Services. This role is accountable for financial modeling and supporting contract negotiations with pivotal Customers across Health Plans, PBMs, Hospital GPOs, and Distribution Channels. This position will consistently collaborate with Marketing, Policy, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, and field-based Account teams to execute customer contracting strategies and achieve organizational objectives. The role offers substantial opportunities to engage with senior leadership while supporting the financial and strategic implications of product contracting. Responsibilities - Establish profitable product access and optimize net sales performance across Organon's complete product portfolio - Lead the redlining process between Customers and Organon regarding specific business and legal terms - Collaborate with National Account Directors and Account Executives to enhance overall business relationships - Cultivate trust through strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive understanding of customer organizational objectives - Evaluate current product contract performance with internal stakeholders - Assess future contracting opportunities aligned with profitable goals - Monitor market access segment trends to inform strategic initiatives - Implement contract strategies optimizing net sales compliantly - Support customer-specific business modeling and forecasting - Leverage data analysis tools to evaluate product formulary additions - Communicate consistently with cross-functional teams to share critical insights - Provide Payer Marketing insights on discount program performance - Translate brand strategies into market access solutions - Ensure rigorous oversight of policy, compliance, legal, and financial considerations Required Experience and Skills - Minimum five years experience in account management, contract development, financial analysis - Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships - Expertise in contract management and terms negotiation - Strong customer-centric approach - Project management capabilities - Cross-functional team collaboration skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication - Strategic thinking proficiency - Advanced analytical skills and Excel expertise - Comprehensive understanding of US Healthcare contracting environment - Experience with pricing and reimbursement dynamics - Proven contract lifecycle management capabilities #LI-REMOTE Who We Are: Organon delivers innovative health solutions empowering people to live their best lives.
