Accountability for executing valuation assignments
• Project Management
o Undertake daily oversight of valuation projects across infrastructure domains. Coordinate substantial initiatives under director guidance
o Spearhead research, comparative analysis, and analytical work underpinning valuation assessments
o Guarantee exceptional report quality and timely delivery
• Client/Business Development
o Oversee client onboarding and relationship management
o Contribute to proposal generation, business expansion efforts, identifying potential targets/contacts, and cultivating strategic client connections in designated sectors/regions
• Continuous Learning & Development
o Enhance personal competencies essential for role performance, including sector expertise cultivation and staying current with emerging industry trends
• Team Enhancement
o Foster junior team member growth through effective assignment management, skill development mentoring, and potential training implementation
• Financial Administration
o Support team budget adherence, assist with administrative tasks including resource allocation and billing processes

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Valuation Expertise
a. Comprehensive valuation experience (3-5 years at Consultant/Assistant Manager level)
i. Robust understanding of debt and equity valuation dynamics
ii. Preferential multinational valuation experience
iii. Proficiency in diverse valuation methodologies
b. Superior analytical capabilities with infrastructure/energy sector exposure
i. Capability to analyze third-party due diligence documentation
ii. Skill in interpreting project finance models and conducting scenario analysis
c. Exceptional English report writing with minimal supervision requirements
d. Advanced Excel proficiency and technological adaptability
2. Client Engagement Experience
a. Proven client relationship management with corporate/fund entities
b. Demonstrated success in securing recurring/new business opportunities
c. Experience valuing listed company/fund portfolios
d. Understanding of client onboarding protocols
3. Additional Desirable Qualifications
a. Professional certification (CA/CFA/MBA from prestigious institution)
