You'll serve as a pivotal link ensuring seamless business operations while collaborating with external financial experts, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial record-keeping, bank reconciliation, and administrative financial tasks
- Managing invoice generation and contractor payment processes
- Interfacing with external accounting professionals and facilitating year-end documentation
- Supervising utility expenses and allocating costs to customers
- Handling office-related administrative tasks and postal responsibilities
- Processing incoming communications from clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Coordinating documentation and maintaining operational effectiveness across organizational units
- Providing comprehensive back-office support across three business entities
