Your impact: Reporting and analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and analytical reports within customer relationship platforms and business intelligence systems. Conduct detailed performance evaluations, assess sales pipeline dynamics, and generate predictive forecasting insights for executive leadership. Sales forecasting and planning: Manage comprehensive sales projection methodologies, coordinate budgetary processes, and deliver strategic data analysis supporting territory optimization, quota establishment, and workforce capacity strategizing. Sales technology stack support: Orchestrate effective implementation, user adoption, and data governance for specialized sales technology infrastructure, encompassing customer relationship management, enablement, and automation platforms. Training and enablement: Collaborate on developing sophisticated sales onboarding materials, accelerating new team member integration. Facilitate comprehensive training programs introducing innovative processes, technological tools, and standardized methodological approaches. Planning & Readiness: Facilitate annual product area strategic planning, manage overlay readiness initiatives including territory synchronization, compensation framework design, and strategic goal cascading. Minimum qualifications: - Typically requires 4+ years experience in sales operations, business analytics, or comparable analytical roles. Preferred qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline - Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and business intelligence platforms - Problem-solving: Exceptional analytical capabilities with complex data interpretation expertise - Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Compensation range: $135,000.00 - $170,200.00, reflecting comprehensive market-based evaluation considering individual qualifications, experience, and regional considerations.
