Lilly is looking for an Associate Director – Ethics and Compliance Investigations to join our Asia Pacific team. In this role, you will conduct compliance-related investigations, a key element of an effective compliance program. We need someone with strong analytical skills and sound judgment who can operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct investigations into potential violations of company policies.
- Develop investigative plans, including conducting interviews and collecting and analyzing evidence.
- Prepare investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Lead the presentation of investigations outcomes to management and actively guide the implementation of recommended solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and other departments to support compliance efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in compliance investigations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of compliance, investigations, human resources, audit, and/or litigation experience.
- Ability to travel domestically, as required.
- English language professional proficiency (oral and written).
Nice to Have
- Chinese language skills (verbal and written).
- Experience conducting workplace investigations involving fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.
- 5+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or a similarly highly regulated industry.
- Experience with GRC tools or other similar technology platforms.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
