You will join our market-leading San Francisco Agency Leasing team to represent premier office properties, collaborate with institutional owners and corporate occupiers, and build a client portfolio with unlimited commission potential.
What You'll Do
- Create winning marketing strategies for Class A office properties.
- Analyze workplace trends to position buildings competitively.
- Develop compelling presentations that secure high-value leasing assignments.
- Build relationships with influential property owners and corporate tenants.
- Master the art of office lease negotiations and transaction management.
What We're Looking For
- Drive for success and entrepreneurial spirit.
- 1-4+ years in sales or commercial real estate experience.
- Passion for understanding the evolving workplace marketplace.
- Real Estate license on start date.
Nice to Have
- Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Office sector knowledge or connections with property owners.
