We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Account Manager in Jakarta to join our team. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our inspired flavors and innovations.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closing deals, and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, customer service, and technical support to align strategies and meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with pricing and ethical sales practices.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- A proven track record in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a flavor house.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient approach to working under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
