Syniti is hiring an Associate Account Executive to own a defined sales territory and manage the full sales cycle for new business and mid-market accounts. This quota-carrying role bridges inside sales and senior account management, offering a path for high-potential professionals to grow into strategic sales leaders.
What You'll Do
- Own the sales process from prospecting to close for assigned accounts and opportunities within a defined deal size or complexity threshold.
- Prospect and develop new business using outbound outreach, partner collaboration, and marketing-generated leads.
- Support senior sales leaders in managing large enterprise accounts, including discovery, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Sell Syniti’s complete solution of software, services, and support, aligning solutions to customer needs.
- Manage a territory plan with specific target accounts and growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring timely updates.
- Partner with Consulting/Delivery and Alliance teams to drive opportunities and enhance value delivery.
- Participate in territory reviews and pipeline calls with sales leadership to assess progress and refine strategy.
- Develop industry knowledge and product expertise to effectively position Syniti solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Travel occasionally for customer meetings, training, and events.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in software, IT services, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing a pipeline and closing deals in the $50K–$250K range (or relevant scope).
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level and line-of-business stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity platforms.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to develop into a senior sales role.
