Davidson Kempner is hiring an Associate to join its European Corporates team in London. This role focuses on constructing and articulating investment ideas within the European market, requiring strong French language skills and relevant training.
What You'll Do
- Model prospective deals and manage complex proprietary models
- Conduct transaction analysis and due diligence
- Perform investment research
- Lead negotiation and coordinate with third parties
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in French
- 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory, and/or buyside roles (private equity or private credit is a plus)
- Superior academic achievement from a top-tier undergraduate program
- Proven modeling, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to think quickly, critically, and objectively
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proven team player with a self-motivated, pro-active, and entrepreneurial spirit

- Additional Spanish language skills
