Dallas Baptist University is hiring a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor of Accounting for its Carter School of Business, with a start date of June 2026. This role is central to delivering high-quality accounting education and integrating the University's Christian faith perspective into the curriculum.

What You'll Do

Fulfill responsibilities and duties in accordance with a twelve-month contract.
Carefully integrate the Christian faith into the subject matter.
Teach and provide leadership for undergraduate and graduate Accounting courses.
Engage in curriculum updates, revisions, and new course development.
Use instructional techniques aligned with the University's mission.
Collaborate with deans and department chairs on teaching assignments and duties.
Develop course syllabi available to students two weeks before the first class.
Participate and support all commencement services.
Serve on committees.
Participate in professional development and scholarly activities.
Maintain at least ten (10) office hours each semester.
Advise and mentor students.
Attend all university and School of Business faculty meetings.
