Join Coty as an Assistant Product Manager Intern, where you will support two iconic and market-leading makeup brands: Bourjois and Sally Hansen. You'll take on varied missions within a human-sized team for an impactful internship experience.
What You'll Do
- Participate in new product launches, including tracking codification, building recommendations for shade selection, defining volumes, and creating retailer and sales force arguments.
- Conduct monthly performance analysis of the brands and competitors using the UNIFY makeup panel, tracking competitor innovations and media actions.
- Develop 360° communication materials with design agencies, including merchandising visuals, point-of-sale tools, and product visuals.
- Act as the interface between different departments, including sales, digital, press relations, merchandising, trade marketing, and logistics.
- Participate in local development projects, such as advent calendars, secondary packaging, and promotional items.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student profile or gap year candidate.
- At least one solid initial experience in marketing or sales.
- Dynamism, seriousness, commitment, autonomy, strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
- Strong adaptability and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- An affinity for the beauty sector.
- Comfortable with operational tasks.
- Versatile and responsive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
- Essential mastery of office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, experience in the cosmetics or mass retail sector.

Team & Environment
You will join a marketing team consisting of a Group Manager and 3 Product Managers. You'll work closely with several departments, including the sales, merchandising, trade marketing, and logistics teams, reporting directly to the Group Manager and Product Managers.
