LUV Car Wash is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, lead our team of employees, and help us fulfill our mission to become the best in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage all employees and facilitate team breaks and shift scheduling.
- Direct customer vehicles into the wash tunnel and perform visual inspections prior to service.
- Perform cleaning duties to keep the facility organized and ensure all equipment is in its proper place.
- Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver excellent service.
- Follow standard procedures for cash management, including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of car wash experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about creating genuine connections with team members and providing excellent customer service.
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the General Manager, working collaboratively to lead the onsite team.
