What this opportunity involves: As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll provide strategic oversight and continuous improvement of integrated facilities and business support services for our valued client, Australian Super. We're seeking someone to drive best practices through multi-function service delivery and manage overall service outcomes, ensuring we consistently meet KPIs and SLAs throughout our contract. A snapshot of the role: • Manage & oversee site services (Soft & Hard) within our service scope • Manage all on-site contractors to guarantee they meet our rigorous performance standards • Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks • Assist with safety procedures as needed • Engage proactively with guests, employees, and key stakeholders • Deliver superior customer service that exceeds client expectations • Lead internal communication strategies in collaboration with client leadership, focusing on culture and employee engagement • Generate monthly performance reports meeting SLA standards • Support financial processes to ensure timely and accurate management Sounds like you?
