Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute facilities management for a mixed portfolio of commercial properties. You'll provide superior service to clients by ensuring smooth building operations across all facility functions.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities management for a mixed portfolio of office and retail premises.
- Oversee the performance of security, cleaning, and landscaping teams to maintain excellent daily building operations.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and tender documents.
- Analyze, manage, and resolve business conflicts between the company and vendors or suppliers.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by contractors and in-house staff.
- Implement safety system procedures and performance measurement tools like scorecards to ensure service quality meets client requirements.
- Ensure all premises and facilities of new properties are ready for occupation and assure a smooth transition to move-in condition.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in building handovers and takeover service.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Hong Kong SAR, China.
