Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the management and operation of properties and personnel across a dispersed regional portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the client to deliver exceptional property operation and maintenance services, ensuring alignment with established standards and client directives.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership for the efficient operations and maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems.
- Maintain client satisfaction with the delivery of facility services and support client programs.
- Develop and maintain a positive client relationship.
- Manage contract, corporate, and account compliance and quality control with vendor partners.
- Monitor site Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions.
- Partner with the client to ensure overall portfolio oversight and maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the regional team to drive account success.
- Facilitate work order management for the maintenance team and vendors.
- Enforce all company policies and safety training requirements.
- Implement and monitor hazard control and safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Support the client in the implementation and execution of short and long-term projects.
- Support client programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
- Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual on-site inspections.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider role, or as a consultant.
- Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management or technical emphasis.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with the Client Facility Manager and a regional team to deliver integrated facility management services.

- Compensation range: $108,000 – $140,000 USD per year.
