About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the management and operation of properties and personnel across a dispersed regional portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the client to deliver exceptional property operation and maintenance services, ensuring alignment with established standards and client directives.

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership for the efficient operations and maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems.
  • Maintain client satisfaction with the delivery of facility services and support client programs.
  • Develop and maintain a positive client relationship.
  • Manage contract, corporate, and account compliance and quality control with vendor partners.
  • Monitor site Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions.
  • Partner with the client to ensure overall portfolio oversight and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the regional team to drive account success.
  • Facilitate work order management for the maintenance team and vendors.
  • Enforce all company policies and safety training requirements.
  • Implement and monitor hazard control and safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Support the client in the implementation and execution of short and long-term projects.
  • Support client programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual on-site inspections.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider role, or as a consultant.
  • Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management or technical emphasis.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with the Client Facility Manager and a regional team to deliver integrated facility management services.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $108,000 – $140,000 USD per year.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Bremerton, WA and Tacoma, WA.
