Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team. This role provides essential frontline helpdesk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a key point of contact for service requests and coordination.
What You'll Do
- Station and man the helpdesk and queries hotline during working hours to provide frontline assistance.
- Record and track all faults and service requests, regardless of the responsible party.
- Assist the Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager in day-to-day administrative work.
- Monitor the expiry of contracts, licenses, and subscriptions.
- Collate and compile reports required by the Authority.
- Coordinate with the Authority and staff on events management and logistic support.
- Assist with the facilities booking of meeting rooms and coordinate their set-up for meetings and events.
- Process e-invoices for the Authority and verify work completion before payment.
- Support the Authority’s revenue collection process.
- Carry out printing and production of staff access/ID cards for the Authority’s staff.
- Support any other works required by the Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager.
What We're Looking For
- At least a certificate in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years relevant working experience.

Team & Environment
You will be part of JLL's Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management division, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Singapore.
