Reckitt, home to trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands, is looking for an Artwork Specialist. In this role, you will support the Household and Selfcare Marketing team in managing marketing operations. You will be part of a global team united by our purpose to protect, heal, and nurture in the pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.
What You'll Do
- Support the innovation process and NPDs generation by raising TWs records and managing related process on Brandworks/Quality One platforms.
- Coordinate with NPI to monitor project status and proactively identify and address any delays or issues.
- Oversee the artwork generation process as project owner, liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Oversee Purchase Order management, including vendor and supplier setup and following up to ensure proper invoice management.
- Support the management of internal approval flows for communications materials.
- Coordinate regional marketing projects pertaining to the above, ensuring alignment across countries and functions.

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Results-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Highly organized with a structured approach.
- Solid project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
