JTI is hiring a Marketing Intern

Join JTI's Trade & Consumer Activation team in Azerbaijan as a Marketing Intern. You will provide essential support for the operational and administrative activities of our Marketing team, gaining practical experience in a multinational corporate environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the full document flow cycle, including contracts, amendments, invoices, and acceptance acts.
• Assist in preparing Transfer, Return, and Disposal Acts.
• Perform basic operations in SAP, ECAS, and 1C systems for logistics and warehouse processes.
• Monitor and control supplier balances in the 1C system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Place and manage orders for materials, goods, and services.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout projects.
• Support the submission of CE, PR forms, and Cash Equivalent Briefs, coordinating approvals.
• Control the invoicing process by collecting and checking documents for Finance.
• Perform quality control of consumer activations through data reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing briefs and tasks for tender initiation.
• Provide general support for marketing activities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in your final year or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
• Interest in marketing operations, document flow, and supplier coordination.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset and readiness to work with reports, financial, and logistics data.

Nice to Have

• Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP, 1C, or ECAS is a strong advantage.
