JTI is looking for a Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our brand in the Myanmar market. You'll define the brand's unique position, create comprehensive annual plans, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Define and articulate the brand’s positioning, differentiation, and unique selling propositions.
- Prepare annual Brand Plans, leading consumer understanding, category analysis, and recommending key strategic initiatives for the market.
- Set clear objectives and performance indicators (KPIs) for brand activities.
- Analyze the market to identify trends, customer needs, opportunities, risks, and the competitive landscape.
- Act as the brand gatekeeper, supporting Trade Marketing and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class trade activations.
- Take responsibility for communication asset development for all new product information at least 6 weeks prior to launch.
- Ensure brand messaging and positioning are consistent across all channels.
- Work closely with the product development team to create and launch new products.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to track KPIs and analyze performance.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for senior management, including formal Business Reviews.
- Complete commentary for monthly and quarterly reports required by the region.
- Manage A&P expenditure, ensuring expenses remain within the approved master budget and align with brand strategy.
- Assist the Portfolio Lead with vendor selection and assessment, and the delivery of quality communication assets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior brand management role, preferably in the FMCG category.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Consumer-centric, highly detail-oriented, creative thinker with great solution orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
