Gartner is looking for an Area Vice President to lead sales and registration strategies for the region, guiding the leaders who shape the world. You will manage and coach CAS and CRP Managers to drive performance through strategic planning and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Lead the execution of appropriate CAS Sales and Registration Strategies for the region by leading and coaching CAS and CRP Managers.
- Coach and mentor CAS and CRP Managers for improved sales and registration effectiveness.
- Drive increased adoption and utilization of sales tools and technologies.
- Leverage territory management and planning as foundation for CBC registration and booking overachievement.
- Lead the development and execution of succession planning and career paths for individual CAS and CRP managers and teams.
- Strategically develop and execute sales and registration programs to drive larger deals and team solution opportunities.
- Focus on driving implementation of all sales and registration methodologies and management disciplines.
- Foster strong cross-business and cross-functional cooperation with all internal partners.
- Strategically set goals, establish metrics, measure attainment, and encourage compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years proven service and sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years Gartner Sales Management experience.
- Proven track record of superior sales and service performance within teams managed.
- Excellent understanding of CAS Sales processes, prospecting, and registration methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Multilingual capability, particularly Portuguese.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of CAS and CRP Managers.

- Base salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 USD.
