Enpal B.V. is hiring an Area Sales Manager (w/m/d) for its field sales department in Dresden. You will be instrumental in acquiring customers and presenting our innovative solar energy solutions, playing a key role in building the largest renewable energy community in Europe.
What You'll Do
- Acquire customers in the field and convince them of Enpal's innovative solutions.
- Record technical details to check the feasibility of the proposed solution.
- Continuously expand your customer base by building your network.
- Generate successful orders from quotes through convincing sales conversations.
- Optimize your performance through regular feedback sessions with your manager.
- Help build the largest energy company of the 21st century with a highly engaged sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, ideally in field sales.
- A sympathetic, open-minded, communicative personality and loyalty as a team player.
- Success- and solution-oriented thinking with a positive demeanor.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Verbal and written German skills at a negotiation-secure level.

Team & Environment
