As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance across designated regions in Spain, focusing on expanding market presence and securing new business. Your role centers on developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and delivering solutions aligned with client needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales activities within a defined territory, targeting key industries and customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies, integrators, and internal teams to support solution delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market engagement
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and position appropriate offerings
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion of leads into orders
  • Collaborate with presales engineering to ensure accurate technical and process information is gathered and shared
  • Organize and lead promotional events such as demonstrations, webinars, open days, and customer reference visits
  • Prepare commercial test reports, spotting plans, and customer feedback summaries
  • Ensure seamless handover of projects to sales administration and customer project management teams
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Align local sales strategy with regional leadership and contribute to broader team objectives
  • Support service teams in delivering high-quality customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently with a structured, results-driven mindset
  • Experience in coordinating with third-party partners and managing agency networks
  • Skilled in consultative selling and understanding customer-specific challenges
  • Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM tools including Agent Handshake
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong written communication skills for reports and documentation
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions, including customer and internal meetings

Job Description: As part of our continued growth across Europe, we are now looking for an O2C (Order-To-Cash) Billing & Master Data Specialist to join our operations at our Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Belgrade. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue processes, compliant invoicing, and strong audit readiness across our New Markets at TOMRA Collection.As a Billing & Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end billing cycle and the quality of financial master data that underpins TOMRA’s revenue processes.
