TBAuctions & Surplex is looking for an Area Sales Manager (Auktionsmakler/Außendienstmitarbeiter) to build a local client network and manage the entire auction process for used machinery, vehicles, and equipment. This is a pioneering role where you will actively shape the rollout of our new business model in Germany.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a local customer network within your assigned region (approximately 100 km radius), focusing on industrial, construction, agriculture, and logistics sectors.
- Visit businesses to evaluate machinery and accompany the complete auction process.
- Create high-quality listings, including photos, descriptions, and possibly video, coordinating marketing with the internal auction team.
- Gain customer trust, continuously expand your network, and become the regional contact person for used machinery.
- Contribute ideas and actively help establish our new business model.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in sales, field service, real estate, leasing, or consulting.
- We are also open to career changers who demonstrate strong drive and a willingness to learn.
Benefits & Compensation
- Permanent employment contract.
- Company car for both business and private use, along with equipment, leads, and a comprehensive training package.
- Realistic total compensation of €5,000 - €8,000 per month at the start (mix of fixed and variable), with expansion to > €10,000 possible.
- Occasional team meetings in Düsseldorf.
Work Mode
This is a local role based in Germany, operating within a designated area.
