Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Manager to oversee fleet business development across Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. In this role, you will drive sales growth by building and maintaining long-term relationships with fleet operators and key decision-makers in the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the regional fleet market
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing B2B clients with a focus on long-term retention
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports
- Represent the company at trade events, customer sites, and industry meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, industrial, or fleet sectors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits
- Self-motivated with a structured approach to territory management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
