Cornerstone Capital Bank is searching for an Area Manager who is driven by relationships and results. In this role, you'll serve as the trusted advisor guiding clients through major financial decisions and the partner real estate professionals want on their team.
What You'll Do
- Originate loans by managing your personal production pipeline and the team's pipeline.
- Coach existing Regional Loan Officers to help them achieve their top potential.
- Recruit Loan Officer candidates for your region.
- Onboard new Loan Officers, including training in the company's sales culture and providing ongoing coaching.
- Assist the Regional Manager with production and support strategies.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required.
- 5 years of supervisory experience OR 2+ years of management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Proficiency in Sales.
- Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state where licensable activities are performed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
