What You'll Do
Take ownership of sales and profitability targets for the Bay Area, guiding a team of technical sales and service professionals to meet and exceed goals. Build and sustain strong customer relationships by identifying needs through site visits, product demonstrations, and in-depth analysis, then delivering precise, customized solutions.
Recruit, mentor, and manage field teams to improve performance, sharpen selling strategies, and strengthen customer acquisition and retention. Develop and execute targeted sales plans that expand the customer base and win business from competitors. Work closely with internal departments—including technical marketing, product management, and corporate accounts—to align campaigns and deliver cohesive value propositions.
Ensure accurate forecasting, effective contract and pricing practices, and consistent delivery of customer training and support. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance across all field operations.
