What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies to meet and surpass annual revenue and profitability goals. Present the technical value of integrated climate control systems—including chiller plants and ice-based thermal storage—to clients, tailoring solutions to specific project needs. Partner with engineering teams to design competitive, high-performance system configurations and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in design firms, consulting engineers, and end-user industries such as pharmaceuticals, data centers, and commercial real estate. Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market presence by engaging with decision-makers and influencers. Coordinate across departments to support integrated project delivery and maintain compliance with internal sales processes and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, refrigeration, building systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical sales of air conditioning or mechanical system solutions
- Proven track record in HVAC or M&E equipment sales, with established connections in design institutes and engineering consultancies
- Working knowledge of construction project workflows, cost estimation, and budgeting practices
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and produce basic system schematics and flow diagrams
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to continuous learning and technical growth
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
