Coconut is looking for an Apps & Automation Manager to build, manage, and scale automation workflows, own CRM optimization, and configure integrations to improve operational efficiency. You'll be a key driver in designing systems that reduce manual work and scale our operations.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and scale n8n workflows for internal and external processes like customer onboarding, lead routing, data sync, and operational triggers.
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM setup, including properties, workflows, sequences, and integrations.
- Configure and maintain integrations between tools like Zapier, Make, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
- Partner with ops, sales, marketing, and product teams to design automations that improve efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation and testing protocols for every automation.
- Monitor and debug any automation issues or failures to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Migrate legacy automations from Zapier or Make into n8n when appropriate.
- Expertly scrape data from major social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, including dynamic content and JavaScript-heavy pages using tools like Puppeteer and Playwright.
- Structure and enrich scraped data by parsing, cleaning, deduplicating, and formatting it into clean CSVs or databases, then enriching it with APIs like Clearbit or Apollo.
- Design and deploy custom scrapers per use case, including bypassing CAPTCHAs, rate limits, and bot detection, with reusable modules and active monitoring.
What We're Looking For
- Deep technical expertise with n8n, including building complex workflows with API calls, conditionals, data transforms, and webhooks.
- Strong HubSpot CRM skills with admin-level experience configuring properties, workflows, reports, custom objects, and integrations.
- Expert in scraping data from all major social platforms, including dynamic content and JavaScript-heavy pages using tools like Puppeteer, Playwright, and custom headless browser setups.
- Fluent in data structuring and enrichment, able to parse, clean, deduplicate, and format data, then enrich it using APIs or custom-built pipelines.
- Able to design and deploy custom scrapers per use case, including bypassing CAPTCHAs, rate limits, and bot detection.
- Comfortable working with APIs, authentication methods like OAuth and tokens, and payload manipulation in JSON and arrays.
- A systems thinker who loves designing efficient systems and improving existing ones.
- A clear communicator who can document systems and collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience with custom scripts inside automation platforms using Node.js or JavaScript.
- Experience with Make.com, Retool, or Browserbase.
- Prior experience in startups, agencies, or fast-moving ops environments.
- Background in RevOps, BizOps, or No Code development.
