Paired is looking for an Appointment Setter to drive our growth by initiating contact with potential leads and qualifying them for our sales team. You’ll be a crucial part of generating a steady pipeline of engaged prospects for our marketing agency.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential leads through channels like calls, emails, chats, or social media.
- Introduce the company’s services and products in a clear and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their fit for the business.
- Schedule appointments directly into the calendars of our sales or business team.
- Follow up with potential leads who have expressed interest but haven’t yet booked a meeting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, Customer Service Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls or outreach daily.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
