About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Multi Location Group Trainer to accelerate the success of dental practices adopting digital dentistry. In this field-based role, you will lead impactful, in-person training to help practices confidently integrate intraoral scanning and digital workflows. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor, traveling up to 85% nationally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
  • Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice’s goals and maturity level.
  • Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence.
  • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
  • Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success.
  • Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings.
  • Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively surface blockers or risks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day.
  • Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
  • Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.
  • Located near a major airport (ORD) to support frequent national travel. Must be within a 60-minute drive.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.
  • Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics.
  • 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience.
  • Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.

Work Mode

This is a field-based role located in the Chicago - Central area with up to 85% travel required.
