Dandy is hiring a Multi Location Group Trainer to accelerate the success of dental practices adopting digital dentistry. In this field-based role, you will lead impactful, in-person training to help practices confidently integrate intraoral scanning and digital workflows. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor, traveling up to 85% nationally.

What You'll Do

Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice’s goals and maturity level.
Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence.
Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success.
Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings.
Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively surface blockers or risks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day.
Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.
Located near a major airport (ORD) to support frequent national travel. Must be within a 60-minute drive.
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.
Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics.
3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience.
Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
