Scale Army is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to drive our growth by identifying top-tier talent. You'll be the frontline for sourcing exceptional candidates for our Sales and Marketing teams, building high-quality shortlists through targeted outreach and strategic research.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates for assigned Sales and Marketing pods.
- Deliver high-quality, pre-screened candidates to recruiters on a weekly basis.
- Adjust search strategy based on feedback from the pod team.
- Maintain alignment with the vertical-specific hiring bar.
- Run advanced Boolean searches, build talent pipelines, and iterate on messaging.
- Send high-volume, targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and sourcing tools.
- Track sourcing funnel metrics and iterate on successful strategies.
- Contribute to re-engagement campaigns, mass outreach, and inbound funnel cleanup.
- Log sourcing activity and data consistently in Ashby and/or ClickUp.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing Manager to share best practices across pods.
- Sync weekly with recruiters to understand open roles and search priorities.
- Accept fast feedback and revise sourcing approaches accordingly.
- Escalate spec confusion or sourcing blocks quickly.

You will report to the Recruiting Manager, follow direction from the Sourcing Coordinator Manager, and support the Sourcing Operations Specialist.
