The Applications Administrator is responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of critical enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the NetSuite ERP platform. This includes configuring system settings, managing user roles and permissions, and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems such as eCommerce, warehouse management, CRM, and transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP, including customization of workflows, forms, fields, and records to support evolving business needs.
- Develop and manage SuiteScripts, workflows, saved searches, and custom reports to improve functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and system integrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms.
- Perform regular data audits, implement cleansing procedures, and support data archiving and deduplication initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades, patches, and new features with minimal operational disruption.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end users, promoting effective use of system capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging NetSuite modules and third-party applications to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Proficiency in SQL, cloud-based application environments, and data integration tools is essential. Familiarity with ITIL practices and a solid understanding of enterprise system architecture are strongly preferred.
