Atlanta Community Food Bank Inc is hiring an Applications Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for our NetSuite ERP system and other enterprise applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, maintenance, data management, user support, and system upgrades that enable our mission.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and maintenance of system settings.
- Administer eCommerce, Enterprise Resource Planning, Warehouse Management, Constituent Relationship Management, and Routing and Transportation Management systems.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings within NetSuite.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and archiving strategies.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Customize NetSuite workflows, forms, fields, and records to align with business requirements and processes.
- Develop and maintain Suite Scripts, workflows, saved searches, and custom reports to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system enhancements and integrations.
- Assist in the implementation of NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
- Provide training and support to end users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and system updates.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and support requests.
- Coordinate and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Evaluate new NetSuite features, modules, and add-ons to recommend and implement solutions that drive business value and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical skills in Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, and Suite Analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL, integration tools and third-party NetSuite applications.
- Understanding of TIL processes and best practices.
