Design and oversee scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals. This role plays a central part in shaping technical strategy, leading development teams, and managing integration across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop integration strategies using REST and SOAP APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions, adapting communication for technical and executive audiences
- Coordinate with platforms such as SAP BODS, Oracle, Business Objects, Eloqua, and Cast Iron to ensure seamless data flow
- Balanced work model includes up to two remote days weekly after initial training, with the rest onsite in Harrisburg
- Maintain flexibility in daily schedule to support global teams across time zones
- Participate in occasional international travel as needed
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM implementation experience
- Previous success in an architect-level position with leadership responsibilities
- Hold ADM 201 and DEV 401 certifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver projects under deadlines
- Strong grasp of Object Oriented Design, database structures, and system architecture
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, web services, and browser technologies
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Proven skill in influencing stakeholders beyond direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid mode, requiring presence in Harrisburg for the majority of the week with up to two remote days allowed post-training. A flexible daily schedule is essential to support collaboration with international teams.
