D2B is looking for a Sales Development Representative to provide essential support to our sales team and help drive business growth. You will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and prospect qualification.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Perform discovery calls to understand customer needs and explain products or services.
- Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for sales executives.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls, emails, and appointments.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Freshsales, or SugarCRM.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and coachable.
