NielsenIQ was looking for an Analytic Account Manager - Publishers, BookScan

The Analytic Account Manager - Publishers, BookScan will serve as a trusted advisor to publisher clients in Australia, helping them maximize the value of NielsenIQ BookScan data. This role is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, and focuses on client engagement, insight delivery, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow selected publisher accounts, ensuring exceptional service, accurate data, and tailored training
  • Build strong relationships through workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions
  • Negotiate contract renewals at agreed rates
  • Interpret data to deliver bespoke reports and actionable recommendations
  • Anticipate client needs and provide compelling insights
  • Drive revenue by promoting BookScan services, generating new leads, and managing the sales pipeline
  • Equip clients with the knowledge and tools to maximize the value of Book Research services
