What You'll Do
Support global clients in the valuation and management of commercial real estate portfolios by gathering and interpreting market data, preparing financial analyses, and contributing to appraisal reports. You’ll work closely with senior professionals to deliver insights for acquisitions, asset management, and lending decisions.
Build and maintain cash flow projections using industry-standard tools like Argus Enterprise and Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency in valuation and advisory services. Conduct research on rental rates, comparable transactions, and market trends from internal systems and external sources, then input findings into company databases with precision and timeliness.
Collaborate across teams to enhance deliverables, while consistently expanding your understanding of real estate markets and industry practices. Maintain detailed daily time records, clearly distinguishing between billable and non-billable activities.
