StepStone Group is hiring an Analyst for its Infrastructure & Real Assets (SIRA) division. In this role, you will provide analytical, modeling, and transactional support to our local and international team, advising clients on investments across global infrastructure and associated real asset sectors.
What You'll Do
- Create and modify sophisticated financial models, analyze financial statements and forecasts, and prepare valuation bridges.
- Run discounted cash flow analysis, comparable public company assessments, and sensitivity/scenario analysis.
- Write and prepare memos and presentations for internal and client use.
- Research and diligence potential investment opportunities and sectors, including primary funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments.
- Construct and communicate clear arguments for investment decisions, defending your position in team and Investment Committee meetings.
- Interact directly with clients and prepare advisory materials as required.
- Support senior staff in sourcing and managing the inflow of investment opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience at an investment bank, project finance firm, professional services firm, investment manager, Limited Partner, or in associated fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or higher) ideally in a related field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
- Flexibility and the ability to perform multiple functions in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude that promotes collaboration.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $115,000 - $120,000
