Role OverviewWe’re looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care through secure telehealth platforms. You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to a broad range of patients, supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team. This remote position offers full scheduling autonomy and a structured onboarding process to help you transition smoothly into practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical interventions using proven therapeutic methods via video or phone
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as clinically appropriate
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate care when necessary, including referrals and collaboration with other providers
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a current LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in New York and have at least one year of direct clinical experience. Proficiency with electronic medical records and treatment planning is required. You’ll need a private workspace and reliable high-speed internet to ensure session confidentiality. We encourage applicants open to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
Therapists operate under a hybrid W-2 model with earnings ranging from approximately $58K to $105K annually, combining base pay and productivity incentives. Additional benefits include malpractice coverage, healthcare plans, paid time off, and continuing education support with access to CEUs. An onboarding bonus is applied to the first three paychecks to support initial caseload development. You’ll also enjoy full control over your schedule and consistent, reliable compensation.

This is a fully remote role with no required office presence. You’ll set your own hours, allowing for work-life balance while serving patients across different time zones.
