Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership in Product, Engineering, and Sales by interpreting technical roadmaps into actionable business insights.
- Work alongside Finance & Strategy teams to inform decisions on capital and operational spending with relevant business context.
- Bridge communication between technical and business units to align infrastructure planning with commercial objectives.
- Develop, refine, and operationalize Total Cost of Ownership models to uncover cost efficiencies and improve long-term profitability.
- Establish performance metrics that connect system-level technical outcomes with business indicators such as unit economics and customer acquisition costs.
- Create and manage standardized processes for handling changes in complex planning workflows, ensuring risk control and cross-functional coordination.
