Tekton Labs is seeking a Functional Analyst to join our team across Latin America. You will take responsibility for project analysis and management, serving as a key link between end-users and development teams to ensure successful project execution and high-quality deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with end-users to analyze, refine, and describe system requirements.
- Control and track development deliverables.
- Validate the completion of user stories by developers.
- Support the creation of project estimates.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis and project management tasks.
- Knowledge in consuming Web API SOAP and REST Services (using tools like SoapUI or Postman).
- Experience in functional testing.
- Experience with database management – SQL queries, etc.
- Mandatory experience with Jira.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Flexibility to work on concurrent tasks.
