RocketAMS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for multiple clients in a fully remote, dayshift role. The position starts as an hourly contract with strong potential to transition into a full-time role, offering growth opportunities within a fast-growing agency founded by ex-Amazon Australia employees.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage Sponsored Product and Display campaigns using internal templates.
- Understand various ad types and align campaigns with specific performance goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, impressions, etc.).
- Make manual bid and budget adjustments.
- Recommend strategies such as contextual targeting to improve results.
- Confidently manage multiple accounts.
- Support client-facing teams by preparing reports.
- Respond to basic requests via the Brand Manager.
- Contribute to the execution of client marketing plans.
- Track and interpret key performance indicators including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Understand and navigate campaign dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Understand the purpose of A/B testing.
- Monitor ongoing A/B tests.
- Run experiments.
- Provide clear reporting on test outcomes.
- Automate reporting processes and bid adjustments.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance efficiency.
- Share automation best practices with the team.
- Conduct basic keyword research.
- Utilize suggested terms.
- Apply negative keyword strategies to refine targeting.
- Communicate effectively.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Actively participate in meetings, team chats, and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and retail media advertising, including campaign objectives, optimization techniques, and performance drivers.
- Hands-on experience working with performance metrics, advertising dashboards, and retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting performance and ROI targets.
- Awareness of retail media trends.
- Willingness to continuously learn through internal training and industry updates.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
