LegacyX Hiring is looking for an Amazon Associate Manager to support and scale Amazon storefronts through hands-on product research, supplier sourcing, and marketplace execution. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly trainable, and comfortable following structured processes while taking ownership.
What You'll Do
- Conduct product research to identify viable Amazon product opportunities.
- Analyze market demand, competition, pricing, margins, and risk.
- Support product sourcing, including supplier research, comparisons, and documentation.
- Assist with Amazon listing setup and optimization (titles, bullets, keywords, backend data).
- Track and maintain accurate product, supplier, and cost data.
- Monitor product performance and flag issues or opportunities.
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support launches and ongoing optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with product research and sourcing for Amazon or e-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly trainable and coachable; able to apply feedback quickly.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and structured workflows.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Amazon research tools like Helium10 or Jungle Scout.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
- Prior experience supporting product launches or catalog management.
