What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end intake process, serving as the main point of contact for families from initial inquiry to the start of care. You’ll maintain consistent outreach through phone, text, and email to keep enrollment on track and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Help families navigate insurance requirements, including benefit verification, referrals, and programs like Tricare ECHO. Clarify coverage details, expected costs, and patient responsibilities in a clear and compassionate way. Set realistic expectations about timelines and what it means to be ready for care.
Collaborate with billing, operations, and insurance teams to resolve issues quickly and keep cases moving. Identify roadblocks early, take initiative to address them, and ensure smooth handoffs when families are prepared to begin services. Evaluate fit with the care model and flag concerns before care starts to maintain quality standards.
Keep detailed records across systems and look for patterns or inefficiencies in the process. Contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow and access speed, taking on new responsibilities as needed to enhance the experience and effectiveness of the intake journey.

You’re comfortable working in uncertain situations and making decisions in real time. You take ownership of your responsibilities and act proactively, without waiting for direction. If a problem arises, you step in to solve it.
