At Lago, we are looking for an AI Specialist to join our team. This is a non-client-facing role focused on internal development and delivery, perfect for problem-solvers who thrive on building smart, scalable systems. As an Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows across a variety of client projects.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools
- Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes
- Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects
- Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows
- Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building, testing, and optimizing automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools
- Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills for automation issues
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects
