What You’ll Do
- Build trust and long-term relationships within developer communities through active participation in forums, events, and open-source initiatives.
- Create clear, practical technical resources—including tutorials, sample applications, and documentation—that empower developers to implement solutions effectively.
- Host live sessions such as webinars, AMAs, and office hours to guide developers and address real-world challenges.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations at conferences, meetups, and online platforms to demonstrate platform value.
- Collect and analyze feedback from external developers to inform product improvements and influence engineering priorities.
- Develop working prototypes and reference implementations that illustrate key use cases and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for developer-centric design in APIs, SDKs, and onboarding flows.
- Support the launch of new developer-facing tools by providing technical clarity and educational resources.
- Guide internal teams on best practices for engaging technical audiences and communicating complex topics clearly.
- Stay current with evolving tools, frameworks, and peer-to-peer technologies to maintain technical credibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience in software development, with a strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Proven track record in developer advocacy, community leadership, or technical education roles.
- Skill in simplifying advanced technical topics for diverse developer audiences—both in writing and speaking.
- Hands-on experience building applications with React Native or Electron, and delivering production-grade code.
- Confidence representing a technology stack publicly through talks, contributions, and community interactions.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience gathering and structuring community feedback to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with modern web, mobile, and desktop development ecosystems.
Preferred Background
- Experience creating or supporting SDKs, APIs, or developer tools.
- Active contributions to open-source projects or public code repositories.
- Background in technical writing, education, or public speaking focused on developers.
- Understanding of metrics that measure community growth, content impact, and product adoption.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to streamline workflows and solve technical challenges.
