DataMax AI is looking for an AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to take a hands-on technical role in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI agent systems. You will be responsible for leading technical architecture, prototyping, and the deployment of AI automations that deliver tangible business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agent systems.
- Build working prototypes and production-ready AI automations.
- Select and implement best-in-class AI models and frameworks.
- Architect multi-agent workflows.
- Integrate AI into CRM and business systems.
- Support the creation of modular AI solutions for repeatable deployment.
- Design, build and optimize AI Sales Agents for SDR automation, lead qualification, and CRM updates.
- Design, build and optimize AI Customer Service Agents for ticket triage, response drafting, and sentiment analysis.
- Design, build and optimize AI Recruitment Agents for CV screening, candidate scoring, and AI interviewers.
- Design, build and optimize AI Executive Insight Agents for KPI summaries and reporting automation.
- Help build a full AI Agent Ecosystem.
- Help build a catalogue of modular AI automation solutions.
- Help build enterprise-ready AI deployment frameworks.
- Help build AI training and enablement programmes.
What We're Looking For
- 12–24 months hands-on experience building AI agents or AI automation systems.
- Proven working prototype examples of AI agents already built and deployed (must be able to demonstrate).
- Strong systems-thinking and architecture mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving innovation environment.
- Commercial awareness and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Experience with multi-agent systems.
- Experience with tool / function calling.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
