AltiSales is hiring a Data Operations Manager (LatAm, Remote)

About the Role

Lead data operations and drive client success for North American and European markets from a fully remote setup. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying business needs through deep research and translating insights into actionable strategies. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on organizations across North America and Europe to understand market dynamics
  • Analyze digital footprints and business behaviors to uncover client needs and opportunities
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns using account-based marketing techniques to reach high-value prospects
  • Use analytics platforms to extract, interpret, and visualize data for strategic decision-making
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine approaches to maximize impact
  • Ensure data integrity across systems by implementing governance standards and quality controls
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A degree or equivalent real-world experience in a data or business-focused field
  • At least one year of experience managing data operations or similar functions
  • Proven background in B2B marketing and sales strategies
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Zoominfo
  • Comfort working with data visualization platforms like Clay and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing principles and execution

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience designing lead generation campaigns and using tools like Outreach.io
  • Strong analytical ability to collect, process, and present data clearly

Compensation

Paid in USD, featuring a competitive base salary, commission structure, and performance-linked increases.
