What You'll Do
Drive operational consistency and performance across the EAST region by aligning sales execution with global and regional strategies. Translate high-level objectives into structured, repeatable processes that enhance forecasting reliability and sales productivity.
Partner directly with sales leaders to strengthen performance, refine workflows, and standardize practices. Support the integrity of revenue forecasts by maintaining methodologies, managing weekly cycles, and leveraging enabling technologies.
Establish and maintain the rhythm of business reviews—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—by delivering clear insights on pipeline health, go-to-market progress, and revenue outcomes. Use historical and operational data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and track follow-up actions to close performance gaps.
Improve pipeline management and sales effectiveness by ensuring hygiene across stages, particularly in new license and renewal workflows. Guide the rollout and adoption of CRM and sales tools in line with global standards, ensuring alignment and usability across teams.
Use Salesforce and analytics platforms to strengthen account planning and customer engagement strategies. Promote the use of AI-driven insights and help shape new capabilities that empower smarter, faster decision-making across the sales organization.
Collaborate on annual planning, including territory design, target setting, and organizational structure, working alongside Revenue Intelligence and Sales Operations teams. Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and programs.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent professional experience
- Bring 8–10 years of experience in technology, preferably in SaaS, or within strategy/technology consulting
- Have a proven background in sales operations, sales excellence, analytics, or a related function supporting sales teams
- Apply strong analytical skills with direct experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
- Possess advanced proficiency with CRM systems—Salesforce expertise is required
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects with clarity and precision
- Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Demonstrate fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree background in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting both commercial and enterprise sales models
Technical Stack
Work across tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and other BI and CRM platforms. Engage with AI-supported analytics to generate forward-looking insights and improve sales execution.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Remote work is permitted only for employees located within the country. The position operates within a local-country framework, emphasizing regional collaboration and alignment.
